Hi, I’m Jessica - artist, baker, treasure-hunter, and curator of all things delicious and delightful. At Three Flamingos Farmstand, I blend my love of creating, sourcing, and baking into a one-stop spot for small-batch jams, fresh-baked treats, handpicked treasures, seasonal favorites, and charming gifts.

The name Three Flamingos is as personal as it gets. It was coined by my son when he was little. We used to call ourselves “The Three Amigos,” but in his early conversation, it came out as “Three Flamingos,” and it stuck. We’re East Coasters who found our way to the desert, but every summer you can find us back on the water of the East Coast in our boat (also named The Three Flamingos). In the cooler months, you might spot us cruising through North Scottsdale in our golf cart, our land-based nod to the flamingo fun we keep going all year long.
